This is deferred to Bosberaad due to
the sudden illness and passing of the Treasurer’s mother. This was unanimously
agreed to.

R Nell spoke
about the length of reports and all reports must be in English.

a.
SASN BGM delegates – E
Seyerling; C Kotze; M Erwin; E Grobler; R Adams – 21st September at
Birchwood Hotel at 09:00.
b.
GSS Top Schools – Deaf and II
selections on 5 October at TUKKIES.

c.
The GSS Calendar is included –
all District & Regional dates in by 20 September 2013.
d.
Bosberaad on 19 October at H/S
Florida from 07:00 – 18:00. The Department will fund the event.
e.
Capacity Building – the
Department is providing a LEVEL course now. Districts must work with the Sport
Officials to get 30 people to attend. It is a 2 day workshop with the exam.
Secure dates and venues and give this information to the Secretary by 20
September 2013.

University Netball at TUKKIES –
flyers were distributed.
g.
Netball Indaba – Schools must
attend these Indabas as it is an attempt to restructure Netball in the
province.
h.
II Games between 16 & 20
September at TUKKIES – please we need umpires to officiate. Names to be sent to
the Secretary by 12:00 on 12 September 2013.
R Nell thanked everyone for their
attendance and each delegate received a small gift.
