ensure that the following players, MARKED WITH AN *, have copies of their birth
certificates, with a photograph at the trials. Documents of the other girls
will be submitted at the regional trials.
If
any of these girls are unable to play, they must notify the D12 committee as
soon as possible so that we can afford another player this opportunity.
